Since our establishment, TRYITTECH LLP has built its business on a strong foundation of ethics, integrity, and honesty. Our organization carries forward a legacy of professionalism and high standards of personal and corporate conduct.

This policy applies to all employees, officers, directors, and third-party representatives including freelancers, subcontractors, consultants, agents, and affiliates working on behalf of TRYITTECH LLP.

TRYITTECH LLP is committed to preventing, detecting, and addressing bribery, fraud, and corruption in all forms.

We strictly prohibit any form of bribery or corrupt practice worldwide and conduct all business activities with integrity and transparency.

This policy applies to all employees (permanent, temporary, contractual), directors, officers, consultants, trainees, and third parties including clients, suppliers, and government bodies.

Employees must not provide, solicit, or accept inappropriate gifts, cash equivalents, or favors. Acceptable items include modest corporate merchandise and festive gifts that do not influence business decisions.

Any significant gift or entertainment requires written approval from department leadership.

Accepting gifts during active negotiations, offering/receiving bribes, or providing payments to government officials to speed processes is strictly prohibited.

Retaliation against whistleblowers is considered a serious violation of our core values.

TRYITTECH LLP strictly prohibits facilitation payments (“grease payments”) and kickbacks. Employees must refuse such payments and report incidents immediately.

TRYITTECH LLP is politically neutral. The company does not fund political parties or use company resources for political purposes.

Possible warning signs include requests for cash payments, excessive commissions, lavish gifts, and refusal to sign contracts or provide invoices.

All red flags must be reported immediately to management or the compliance team.
