1. INTRODUCTION

Respect for human rights is fundamental to the sustainability of TRYITTECH LLP and the communities in which we operate. Human rights are universal, and TRYITTECH LLP is committed to ensuring that every individual in the organization is treated with dignity, respect, and equality.

Our policy is guided by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

2. PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to define our commitment to human rights and provide guidance to employees, partners, and contractors regarding their responsibilities.

Objectives include respecting and protecting human rights, promoting fair treatment, and ensuring compliance with global legal regulations.

3. SCOPE

This policy applies to all employees during their employment. These principles also extend to independent service providers, subcontractors, and any individuals or organizations doing business with TRYITTECH LLP.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPLEMENTATION

Senior leadership and departmental heads are responsible for implementing this policy. The HR Department is accountable for overall compliance and adherence to applicable laws.

5. GRIEVANCES AND REMEDIES

Employees are encouraged to report any violations to the HR Department. HR is responsible for investigating complaints, managing redressal, and enforcing disciplinary actions.

6. POLICY REQUIREMENTS

Discrimination and Harassment: We strictly prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other status protected by law.

Freedom of Association: We respect rights to form or join associations and participate in collective bargaining without fear of retaliation.

Health and Safety: We are committed to a safe and healthy environment. Violence, threats, or weapons are strictly prohibited.

Prohibition of Exploitation: We strictly prohibit child labor, forced labor, slavery, and human trafficking in any form.

Work Hours and Wages: We comply with all labor laws regarding wages, hours, and overtime, offering competitive compensation.

7. AUDITS

Periodic internal audits are conducted to ensure compliance. Audit documentation will include corrective actions and performance improvement measures.
